Announcement PDF ABN 33 087 741 571 1 ASX ANNOUNCMENT – 12 October 2026 Po Valley Energy Ltd (ASX:PVE) PO VALLEY ENERGY DECLARES INTERIM DIVIDEND Po Valley Energy Limited (ASX: PVE) (“Po Valley Energy” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its Board has declared an unfranked interim dividend of A$0.0004314 per ordinary share for the half-year ended 30 June 2026, representing a total distribution of approximately A$500,000. This dividend follows the Company’s inaugural dividend paid in March 2026 and reflects free cash contribution from gas production at the Group’s Podere Maiar 1 well and reflects the Board’s commitment to returning cash to shareholders where the Company’s performance and financial position allow. For the half-year ended 30 June 2026, Po Valley Energy reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of €1.26 million, net cash from operating activities of €924,120 and had cash reserves of ~€2,7 million and short term investments of ~€6 million.
